Allergen & Cross-Contamination Notice

Our bakery is a shared kitchen where all products are prepared using the same equipment and workspaces. While we take care in our processes, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contamination. Products may come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and sesame.

If you have a severe allergy or dietary restriction, we encourage you to consider this carefully before purchasing or speak to knowledgeable staff.

 

Gluten-Free Items

We do offer select gluten-free items, prepared with gluten-free ingredients. However, because they are made in the same bakery environment, they are not certified gluten-free. Availability varies daily based on freshness and production. For the best experience, we recommend calling ahead to check what gluten-free options are available that day.
 

Our Bread Philosophy & Ingredients

Our breads begin with organic, stone-milled flour from Janie’s Mill, freshly milled to preserve depth, flavor, and nutritional integrity. Fresh milling retains the grain’s natural oils and character, creating bread that tastes fuller and more alive. From there, we slow everything down with a 24-hour cold fermentation, allowing time to do the real work.
 

Fermentation & Digestibility

Long fermentation builds flavor you simply can’t rush — nutty, complex, and lightly tangy. It opens the crumb, creates a crackly crust, and results in a loaf that’s more enjoyable to eat. This natural fermentation process also:

  • Helps unlock minerals in the grain

  • Softens wheat’s tougher components

  • Creates prebiotic compounds that support gut health

  • Makes bread easier to digest for many people

While not a medical claim, this traditional method is widely appreciated for both flavor and feel.
